Press Release Summary = FGH Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of blow molds, blow mold
tooling, and supplier of blow molding equipment in Denville, NJ has recently
completed a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion. The acquisition of a high speed machining
center equipped with a 50,000 rpm spindle, and an advanced CNC control, has allowed
FGH Systems to produce blow molds with greater accuracy and with reduced lead time.

Press Release Body = "We knew we had an accurate machine on our hands, but we were
surprised by the speed of completion on some of our molds with the new machine",
according to Frank Hohmann, President of FGH. He anticipates that this new machine
will be a significant value to their customers who always depend on FGH to produce
blow molds in their blow mold making facility for their operations in the shortest
time possible.

The new CNC control manufactured by Selca in Italy, has solved the dual problems in
high speed machining of precision and mechanical stress. The machine uses a
sophisticated system that allows for harmonic control of velocity and acceleration.
In addition, drive accuracy is increased by the use of filters, which react to the
acceleration command. The machine is also equipped with glass scales for greater
precision.

"The busiest corner of our shop is now the place where the new machining center
sits", says Frank Hohmann. He believes that expansion of the plant, as well as an
investment in new technology will carry his company forward into new business areas.

FGH Systems has always offered their customers full technical integration in
turnkey applications. Their solution is a complete one from design to machine
installation and production of a finished product. Their 30 plus years of
experience in the blow molding business allows them to provide blow molds and blow
molding equipment for unusually complex blow molding applications.

One recent application called for the production of a plastic part that was
essentially a balloon for an emergency medical application. Another project was a
spiral bottle mold that had a series of radii under 0.040 in. The high spindle
speed of the new machining center saved days of machining time using tools as small
as 1.5 mm.

As the competitiveness of the blow molding business increases, established companies
feel the pressure to shorten delivery time, and maintain a high standard of quality.
Frank Hohmann feels that FGH is on the road to achieve the optimal balance between
experienced personnel, and new manufacturing technology.

This balance will allow FGH Systems to continue to expand in order to meet the
serious challenges that face manufacturers of blow molds and servicing suppliers of
blow molding equipment.
